Importing Domain Objects

Note: Importing domain objects requires administrator privileges. To gain access, talk to your local Ciso System Administrator.

Importing domain objects from CSV files can speed up the process of setting up organizations in Ciso. Available domain object types for import include:

• Applications
• Devices
• Locations
• Information Objects
• Organizations
• Positions
• Risks
• Risk Categories
• Risk Catalogs
• Threats
• Vulnerabilities

To reach the import wizards for the above-listed domain objects, click the cogwheel in the top navigation panel and then select Imports. Then, in the left navigation panel under Imports, click the import menu item for the domain-object type you wish to import.

You can also reach the import wizard from the informational view for the above-listed domain objects. When viewing a domain object, e.g. Devices, follow the steps below to reach the import wizard:

• In the right-hand navigation panel, click the List View button.
• Go to the content area, which should now have a table listing all domain objects of that type.
• In the top-right corner of the table header, click the hamburger menu.
• In the hamburger menu, click "Import from CSV"
