Various updates

• A separate progress bar is now shown for each specification in a security requirement.
• In tables, it is now possible to filter blank cells with following key words: none, empty, inga, ingen, tomt, "" (two double quotation marks) and ''(two single quotation marks).
• It is now possible to restate a security service protection on an object by a restate button either when clicking on a security requirement provided by a security service in the security requirement tab for the object or next to the security service in the security service tab for the object.
