Start page updates

• The missing statements section no longer displays unknown but accepted statements.
• Overdue or planned activities are now displayed only if the user is accountable or responsible for them.
• Risk mitigations are now only shown if the they are planned or ongoing.
• Only ongoing supplier reviews are displayed.

Bugfixes

• Security requirement specifications in the Supplier review portal are now shown as defined at the time when the supplier review is started.
• Fixed a crash when displaying the specification column in security requirements statements list(s).
