New features

• Improved support for processing of personal data

  • Information objects that represent natural persons are now automatically considered as data subjects in processings of any of their attributes

    • For example; the information object Employee is checkboxed as a natural person and has Name and Id as attributes. Time report is associated with Employee and inherits the Employee:Name attribute. When Time report is added to a process or activity, the processing will automatically identify Employee as the data subject.

  • It is now possible to add processings directly in the Record of Processings Activities

  • New columns added to the Record of Processings Activities report

• Cybersecurity Training Completion Report

  • New report that shows the completion status of registered cybersecurity training is now available under Compliance.

    • Detailed report per training

• Security Service comment in Supplier Portal

  • It is now possible to add a comment and upload evidence to specific Security Requirements that are part of a Security Service. This information will be appended to the previous default comment of "Provided by {security_service}".
